Risotto Mushrooms / 300g

A good store-cupboard supper for when something warm and comforting is called for. Made with Carnaroli rice and Karl Johan mushrooms, it has a rich, savoury flavour and takes very little effort.

Keep a box tucked away for easy, impromptu meals with friends. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan, a simple green salad and your favourite bread.
