Rooted in the Archive
A 1930s French chintz, rediscovered and reimagined for modern rooms.
Sprigs began with an original 1930s French chintz fabric found by Libs Nicholls and tucked away in the Domestic Science archive. Its bouquets have been carefully pared back, its sprigs given room to breathe, creating a floral that feels at once familiar and fresh.

Notes from a Collector
A Life in Pattern
“This design has been sitting in my collection for years, waiting for the right moment.”
Libs has been collecting for as long as she can remember. Decades spent hunting through flea markets, antique fairs and buying trips across France have shaped her discerning eye for pattern, colour and finding beauty in the overlooked. The result: a personal archive of original textiles and wallpapers, built one find at a time - Sprigs among its longstanding favourites, only now brought to life.
