HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping to the UK Mainland (inc Northern Ireland) is a simple flat rate of £4.95 or FREE over £50* (*excluding large vintage items).
Delivery is usually between 3-5 working days (not including weekends) from receipt of order but may take longer at busier times of year and Christmas.
Express tracked delivery (1-2 working days) £7.95 - please select this option at checkout.
We are offering FREE Click & Collect from either our Nailsworth or Tetbury store - buy online and collect from store at your convenience.
Collections available Tues-Fri 11am-5pm. Simply select this option at checkout.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery is usually between 3-5 working days from receipt of order.
At busy times of year, such as Christmas, dispatch times may take a little longer. We will do our best to have your order with you as soon as possible.
You will receive an email to confirm when your goods have been dispatched. Following our dispatch email we expect our courier service to deliver in approximately 1- 3 working days
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY?
Yes, we offer an Express tracked delivery service - please select this option at checkout. This costs £7.95 and takes 1-2 days from receipt of order.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
At present we are only able to offer shipping to the UK. However, if you would like an item to be sent outside the UK please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the shipping destinations full address and we will do our best to organise a shipping quote for you.

WHAT CAN I DO IF A PRODUCT IS UNAVAILABLE?

WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01666 503667 and we will sort it out for you.
In the event that you haven’t received your order please contact us by email or phone quoting your order number so we can investigate.
THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED WHAT SHALL I DO?
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
We carefully package items for shipping. If unfortunately your item arrives damaged following transit please contact us. We will advise you on what steps to take next. Please retain the item and its packaging. If the outer packing is damaged please keep this until we have advised on the next steps. Please report any damages to us within 48 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied items can be returned to us in their original packaging for a full refund.
Please contact us by phone or email to arrange a return within 30 days of receipt.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase to:

Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received by us, we therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service.
We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 3-5 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.
