HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping to the UK Mainland (inc Northern Ireland) is a simple flat rate of £3.95 or FREE over £50 (*excluding vintage) and takes 3-5 working days.
UK Highlands and Islands is £9.95
Delivery charges for large items, such as our ‘Vintage Finds’ will have to be arranged on a cost basis. Please contact us at email@example.com to enquire.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery is usually between 3-5 working days from receipt of order.
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 days. At busy times of year, such as Christmas, dispatch times may take a little longer. We will do our best to have your order with you as soon as possible.
You will receive an email to confirm when your goods have been dispatched. Following our dispatch email we expect our courier service to deliver in approximately 1- 3 working days
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY?
If you’re in a hurry please contact us by phone to see if we can help. If we are able to send it by express delivery an additional next day delivery charge will be applied.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
At present we are only able to offer shipping to the UK. However, if you would like an item to be sent outside the UK please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the shipping destinations full address and we will do our best to organise a shipping quote for you.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ORDER?
CAN I PLACE MY ORDER BY PHONE?
Yes. If you would like to speak to someone please ring 01666 503667 and we will be happy to process your order over the phone - Mon-Fri 10-5pm.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All major credit / debit cards are accepted. We also accept payments via Paypal.
WHAT CAN I DO IF A PRODUCT IS UNAVAILABLE?
Items may be out of stock or completely sold out, sometimes we will have more stock on order. If you would like to find out about availability, please email us at email@example.com or call us on 01666 503667
WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01666 503667 and we will sort it out for you.
In the event that you haven’t received your order please contact us by email or phone quoting your order number so we can investigate.
THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED WHAT SHALL I DO?
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
We carefully package items for shipping. If unfortunately your item arrives damaged following transit please contact us. We will advise you on what steps to take next. Please retain the item and its packaging. If the outer packing is damaged please keep this until we have advised on the next steps. Please report any damages to us within 48 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied and wish to return it please contact us by phone or email to arrange a return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase to:

Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received by us, we therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service.
We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 3-5 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.
IS THERE ANYTHING YOU DON’T ACCEPT AS A RETURN?
We are unable to accept returns of earrings (for hygiene reasons), liquids, fragrance (including home fragrance), food items and products made to order. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes if the item is available. Please be aware this might not always be possible. Please get in touch via email or phone to request and exchange and check availability before returning the item.
