DHL Express Courier service:
Need your order in a hurry? Express DHL Courier service charged at £7.50, for delivery in 1-2 days. Please select this option at checkout.
This is a fully trackable 48 hour service from date of despatch. Orders using this service often arrive next working day.
We aim to pick, pack and despatch your orders within 1 working day (Mon–Fri), this may take longer during busier times of the year. Please note that we do not despatch orders on weekends and bank holidays, please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Furniture and Large Items
For UK wide delivery, shipping is charged separately. Prices will be calculated on an individual basis based on the size and weight of the item and your location. Simply get in touch with your postcode and we will be happy to arrange a quote for you.
We use Proovia, a reliable nationwide 2-man courier service to ship our furniture and larger items.
You are welcome to organise your own van courier collection if you would prefer.
Free Local Delivery
Furniture and larger vintage items can be delivered for Free within a 10 mile radius* of our Stroud warehouse or you are welcome to arrange your own collection.
As we are a small team we will aim to deliver within a 10-day timeframe, we will contact you to discuss a suitable day and time and let you know if we need a hand unloading the item at your end.
Smaller vintage items that we hold stock of are available to 'add to basket', for these items our standard delivery charges apply. We use a tracked service using either Royal Mail 48 or DHL.
- Royal Mail Tracked £4.95 under £75 / Free on orders over £75.
- Upgrade to DHL Express Tracked at checkout - £7.50
If you need your order in a hurry, you can upgrade your delivery to DHL courier service for £7.50.
Orders placed before 12pm will be despatched the same day for delivery within 1-2 days.
We aim to pick, pack and despatch your orders within 1 working day (Monday – Friday). This may take longer during busier periods such as Christmas.

Express orders are sent via DHL courier, this is a 48 hours tracked service but usually arrives next working day.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, products can be returned to us in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. You can either post your goods back to us, or return the items to one of our stores*
Returning your goods: The cost of returning your unwanted goods safely is the responsibility of the buyer, we therefore suggest you return the items using a recorded delivery service.
Refunds: We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 2-3 days for your refund to be processed from the date we receive the goods.
Returning items to our stores:
If you are returning goods bought online to one of our stores, please note the shop staff will be unable to process a refund in store. The item will be transferred back to our central warehouse where our Web team will issue your refund.
You will receive an email to confirm you have been refunded. If you are in need of an exchange, please contact us before you visit the store.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging.

Domestic Science / Returns
The following products are non-returnable:
- Face coverings.
- Food and drink.
- Beauty items and cosmetics that have been opened, tested or partially used.
- E-vouchers and gift vouchers.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We take every care to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition, if for any reason your order is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of the return.
Please email us with photos of the damaged goods within 3 days of receiving your items, along with your order reference number, and we will organise either a refund or a replacement to be sent out to you.
