A bold and painterly stripe, inspired by a house like no other. Charleston Stripe is one of three designs created by Cambridge Imprint in collaboration with the Charleston Trust in 2019. It draws from the extraordinary interiors of Charleston Farmhouse - the Sussex home of Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant — where not a surface was left untouched by brush or imagination.
This design captures the joyful irreverence and rich colour palette that defined the Bloomsbury artists’ domestic world. Loose, expressive, and full of life, Charleston Stripe brings a touch of that bohemian spirit to your own creative projects.
Printed in England on responsibly sourced, archival-quality paper using vegetable oil-based inks, for a beautifully matte, hand-printed finish.
