Welcome to our weekly segment, introducing you to our wonderful shop team. We have asked them a series of informal questions for you to get to know them better. Who are the faces behind Domestic Science? And to learn about the lovely people who you will be welcomed by, when you visit us.
Tatia
Tatia started working for Domestic Science in December 2021, you will find her working in our Tetbury and Nailsworth shop. First let's chat to Tatia about outside of Domestic Science...
Q: Contemporary or Vintage?
A: VINTAGE - ALL DAY!
Q: What's your home style?
A: Eclectic, Weird & Colourful. Finds from a variety of places - Vintage, Charity & Domestic Science!
Q: Favourite scent?
A: Frangipani or Plumeria as we call it in the USA. Or at Domestic Science my favourite is St Eval Thyme & Mint candles or WXY Juiced Candle.
Q: Where's your favourite place to go for lunch or dinner?
A: Breakfast - The Breakfast Club London.

A: Breakfast - The Breakfast Club London.
Lunch - Thai Balcony in Bath. Hondo Sushi, Bath. Any Mexican in Bristol.
Tea - Cake & Bubbles, London.
Q: Any pets?
A: 2 dogs, Desi and Willow. Both Shetland Sheepdogs - 'Shelties'
Q: What are we most likely to find you doing outside of Domestic Science?
A: Waking the dog, running, cleaning the house. Watching TV - Enjoying Winning Time. Hanging with my girls.

A: Oregon Coast
Q: Jam or Cream first on your scone?
A: Jam! Everyday!

A: Autumn

Q: What should people expect to find when visiting Domestic Science?
A: An interesting mix of old, now and everything in between. Tasteful and fun.
Q: Playlist you are most likely to put on in the shop...
A: I always choose a playlist based on the day of the week.
Q: Go to drink or snack in the shop?
A: A coffee from the Canteen or Cafe 53. As a snack I enjoy my own boxed salads and leftovers that are healthy.
Q: What sort of customer do you enjoy meeting?
A: Enthusiastic ones, chatty ones
