This little french stool was made around the 1920's. The base is in its original pale mushroom coloured paint, now wonderfully muted and enhanched by the little bumps and knocks acquired over its 100 years of use. Applied decorative details adorn the front and legs, with gold painted highlights.
The stool has been reupholstered in a charming vintage floral textile finished with antique style brass upholstery tacks over its pretty shaped base.
This stool would be a useful addition in a bedroom, bathroom or sitting room.
