This traditional colander is made from hardwearing enamelware by iconic British brand Falcon and comes in white with a blue rim.
A wonderfully nostalgic piece of kitchen equipment that is as beautiful as it is strong. Finished with an ultra tough double layer of white porcelain enamel for extra durability.

Yes, absolutely....Just like any other ceramic, the outer porcelain layer can chip if dropped, revealing the steel beneath it. When this happens the steel below naturally oxidises and the enamelware remains safe to use.
