ORIGIN

Handmade in the village of Tamegroute in southern Morocco, this beautiful authentic pottery is unique to the region and is known for its striking signature green glaze.

Each piece of Tamegroute pottery is a work of art in itself and has its own unique characteristics and finish. The green glaze is imbued with marks and textures created during the firing process; an ancient technique that has been passed down from generation to generation.

FINISH

Due to the handmade nature of the pottery, each piece is entirely unique both in colour, size and pattern and may differ from the image shown, there are also some chips and irregularities to the finish which are traits of this style of pottery and are not considered flaws.
