We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 3-5 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.

We take every care to make sure your items arrives in perfect condition, if for any reason your order is faulty or damaged, please contact us with a photo of the goods and your order reference number within 3 working days of receiving your items.
