Brightly coloured liquid in a squeezy tube that can be used to make balloon-like models. Just a bead of the plastic substance can be inflated into a large and colourful balloon using the blow-pipe, which incorporates a one-way valve - great if you're about to run out of puff! Freshly made, the balloons are tacky and can be squeezed together to make models, which are long-lasting if left undisturbed.
